Our district is proud to be ranked #7 out of 115 districts in the state for Grade Level Proficiency. Our success is a direct reflection of our outstanding employees, who play a pivotal role in engaging and inspiring our students to succeed. If you or someone you know would like to join our team, we encourage you to preregister for our Job Fair, which will be held on Wednesday, April 1, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Tyson Sinclair Ballroom in Carthage. This job fair is open to all positions within Moore County Schools, and more information is available on our Employment Opportunities webpage.

Kindergarten Registration Day will be held on Friday, March 27. Families seeking a school outside their domiciled attendance area must submit a transfer or discretionary admission request before the February 28 deadline.

Moore County Schools is also accepting applications for our Summer STEM Camp and Advanced Robotics Camp. The application window is open through Friday, March 20, and spots will be filled through a lottery system. More information can be found in the Latest District News article on our homepage.
